Weekly Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga involves the practice of pranayama and asana for the purpose of purifying and strengthening the physical and mental well-being.

Saturdays from 9.00am to 10.00am
Sessions take place at 8 Claymore Hill

NEW Saturdays from 10.00am to 11.00am
Sessions take place at 8 Claymore Hill

Thursdays from 7.15pm to 8.15pm
Sessions take place at 10 Haji Lane
$280 for 10 sessions

Pilates Class

Understand your current body alignment through postural analysis, target on the weaker muscle groups and increase your stamina and endurance power.

Sundays from 2.15pm to 3.15pm
Sessions take place at 10 Haji Lane
$280 for 10 sessions

 

Explore Yoga with Nature (Outdoor)

Connect yourself with the nature and feel absolute amazed with your body and mind after we take you on this session outdoos at the Pasir Ris Park.

Every last Sunday of the month from 8am to 9am

FOC on first come first serve basis. Please contact us to RSVP.

Workshop and Events Tips:

  • Get an early night rest and refrain from having a heavy meal or drinking the day prior.
  • Wear comfortable and loose clothing for maximum comfort.
  • Inform the teacher of any discomfort or injury prior to session.
  • Arrive 15 minutes before session to prepare and familiar yourself.
  • Bring along your Yoga mat, a bottle of water and a small towel.

Note: Satya Yoga reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event and a full refund will be returned in this case. Otherwise all workshop and event fees are non-refundable. Prices reflected are valid until the end of 2010 or earlier as stated.
