Adeline Lum
“Yoga first came into my life as a means to fulfill my curiosity back then. When I stepped on the mat for the first time, my heart simply melted. I was fascinated by the tranquility it brings me. I was hooked.”
Adeline’s interest in Yoga got deeper and wants to share this with the community by becoming a Yoga Teacher. Signing up for the Teacher’s course, she was very fortunate to learn under Master Paalu and Master Satya. It marked Adeline’s first step into this spiritual journey. Under the influence of Master Paalu, her perspectives on people, events and life has been transformative. Life can be that simple and direct.
Adeline is qualified under RYT500 Hr Advanced Diploma Yoga Teacher Training Program. She enjoys the personal connection with each and every of her students. Watching them improving and developing along the way is the greatest satisfaction. With her jovial personality, her Yoga sessions are often filled with laughters.
“I believe that Yoga teaching is a two-way street. Trust and strong bonding with my clients come from sincere communications. Yoga is a journey, I am grateful to be able to guide and be guided along in this path. Yoga is never a destination for me, continuous learning enables me to share my knowledge with the rest. Bring down the ego; discover the truth in you through the journey of Yoga.”

Shirly Oh
Shirly took up Yoga as a form of relaxation and escape from her daily work and immediately found great sense of peace and serenity in every moment of the practice. Like everyone, the mystic and richness of Yoga made her want to learn more about this ancient science and art of maintaining and enhancing the body and mind.
When Shirly took up the 200 hours Teacher Training, she soon found out that Yoga is more than the ability to perform the asana (postures). Yoga teaches us to look within ourselves and opened her mind in a whole new perspective. After a decade in the corporate world, Shirly decided to pursue her passion and calling in Yoga and has never looked back since. Shirly is deeply grateful to Master Paalu and Master Satya for their teachings and guidance through her Yoga journey.
Shirly is qualified under RYT 500 Hr Advanced Diploma Yoga Teacher Training Program. She loves every minute of her life now through daily practice and studying of the Yoga philosophy. Shirly enjoys sharing her knowledge and experiences in Yoga and hopes to help everyone realize their full potential by opening their body and mind.
