Firmer Muscles Through Pilates

Under the meticulous guardian of Adeline, constantly pushing me to my limits and adjusting my posture to make sure that I will not injure myself. She simply knows my body’s strength and weakness better than I do. Through her, I have firmer muscles and healthier body now.
