Ashtanga Yoga

The yoga with eight components: morality; ethics; posture; breath control; sense control; concentration; meditation; absorption. If you are looking for a more challenging and intense yoga practice, this class is definitely for you!

Hatha Yoga

Looking for balanced of the Mind & Body? Hatha Yoga involves the practice of pranayama and asana for the purpose of purifying and strengthening the physical and mental well-being.

Therapy

This class is tailored to the special needs of the student by taking into account his/her medical condition such as hypertensions, asthma, diabetes, etc. It is more effective than general yoga in treating medical conditions as the asanas practiced during the class will directed at the specific medical condition under the care and guidance by the instructor.

Post-Natal Yoga

Post Natal yoga helps new mummies to bring their body back to its original state before having the baby as much as possible. We will target at toning the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, bringing back the uterus to its original size, among other areas. It also helps to relieve the stress of coping with the new born and helps relax the whole body.

Pilates

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century, origin in Germany by Joseph Pilates. This program focuses on the core postural muscles, serving to keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine.

Pilates movements teaches awareness of breath and alignment of the spine and seek to strengthen the deep torso muscles. The beauty of Pilates lies in the precise movement emphasizing control, regaining of the health by strengthening, stretching and stabilizing key muscles.

“The Pilates Principles” is created to condition the entire body: proper alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flowing movement.

We follow the classical way that Joseph Pilates taught Pilates for the period of his time. The series will be customized according to the therapeutic focus of the client after a postural analysis. Modification will be introduced to novice and progression through the practices.
